As most of you bloggers out there I keep up with the recovery of Christian and Stephanie Nielson. I check it quiet frequently, when I need a boost of strength. After reading her sister Courtney's blog today I have been quiet emotional. Coming from a family of all girls I can relate to the bond of sisters. If you have not already read the new inspiring article about Nie Nie you need to check it out. Whether you need something to help give you strength through your obstacles, or to give you more compassion for this amazing family. Please check the article out A sister held even closer.

Blues Clues Birthday Party
We had a "Blues Clues" theme party. Harper loves blues clues, we watch multiple episodes a day. We had my side of the family, and Harper's best friend Bristol and his family come over on Saturday. I ordered cupcakes from the PrimRose spa. They put a paw print on the cupcakes. Harper thought they were pretty cool because they had a clue on them. We had four different flavors chocolate, vanilla, pumpkin, and snicker doodle. They all tasted so lovely.
Harp loved blowing out his candles. Curt had to cover his mouth while we sang him Happy Birthday. Because he was trying to blow the candle out before we were done singing.
He got so many wonderful presents. It has been heaven for him since Saturday. He doesn't know what to play with first. Thanks everyone for being so thoughtful, and for all of the wonderful gifts. Here are some pictures of the gifts he received from everyone.
Curt and I gave him a John Deere Gator. He loves this power wheel, even though he doesn't have down the steering part yet. It is fun to hit the gas and just go!!!
We had a blues clues pinata for the kids. That was really fun, all of the kids really enjoyed it. Also it was a fun way to do a party favor for everyone.
After everyone left from the party. We relaxed for awhile. Then off to Boondocks we went. Teri and Bristol came with Curt, Harper, and I. We had so much fun, that I forgot to take pictures. It was cold outside, so we just ate dinner, played in the kiddie cove, and won lots of tickets. The boys had so much fun, and they loved picking out their prizes.
Sunday we went up to Curt's mom's house for that side of the families party. We ate kiddie food, it was so much fun the kids loved it. Thanks Papa Mick for always cooking such good food. After dinner we did another pinata. Pat gave Harper a Teddy Ruxpin. For all of you 80's kids he is back. He is still cute as ever. Harp loves to sing with him already. Also Ash gave him some cool spikey blocks. Thanks so much everyone it was a fun night.
We had such a fun weekend, but boy am I exhausted. Birthday's are so much fun!!!!!

Harper is 2
Today is Harper's 2nd birthday!!! Time has went by so fast the past two years. On the other hand it seems like he was just born. We can not imagine life with out him. I know I am bias because I am his mom, but I think he is the cutest little boy. His personality is so much fun, he always has us laughing. I love that in the past two years he has turned into such a polite, social, energetic, loving boy. We are having a Blues Clues birthday party today. Blues Clues is what is in at the Daily household. We have to watch a couple episodes a day. I will post pictures later of his party. He is so excited about today, and has been practicing blowing out his candles for months now. Harp is talking so much. I love how he is putting sentences together. His favorite color is Green. He has turned into such a handsome little boy with his blue eyes, and his very blond faux hawk. I just can not express my love for him. I knew being a mother would be fun, but I had no idea that it would be this rewarding. We hope that you have a great birthday Hops!

Go Papa Roach Go
This past weekend my dad aka "Papa Roach" ran the St. George marathon. It rained the whole race, and had head winds up to 20 mph. Considering all of that he still ran it in 4 hours 3 minutes. I could not be prouder of him. It is pretty sad when your 49 year old dad can totally kick your trash. Way to go Papa Roach!!!
I decided to go down with my parents and sisters. We left the hubbies home, with the kiddies. It was a much needed vaycay for us all. We missed you Whit!!! We have not went on a vacation just us, since before Kamie was married 8 years ago. It was so much fun I have not laughed that hard in a long time. Thanks so much everyone for a great weekend. We need to do that more often.
